Dove has partnered with NJ/NY Gotham FC to expand its Keep Her in the Game initiative, aimed at helping girls stay in sport through adolescence. The collaboration provides educational tools for coaches, confidence workshops for parents, and community-based programs that empower young athletes to continue playing and leading. In its first year, the initiative reached over 500 girls and 30 local clubs, with plans to double impact in 2025.
